We hope that you love your purchases, however, items purchased from [re.form] that are not defective or damaged may be exchanged or returned for refund provided they are in their original condition. If you wish to return any items from your order please email us at email@example.com within 14 days and we will advise how best to do this.
We do not accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of custom or personalised items we cannot accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. [re.form] is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item is damaged in the mail, so we suggest that you obtain proof of postage or tracking as you are liable for any loss. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
