Flying Swallows Kasuri Scarf

A kasuri wool scarf, designed and made in Ireland from unused vintage Japanese kimono fabric that looks equally good with smart winter coats or yout favourite denim jacket. 

A limited edition of five one-of-a-kind scarves have been made from this vintage woolen kasuri fabric. The main length of the scarf is an oatmeal wool bolt which has a woven repeat kasuri design of flying swallows with a contrasting blue wool geometric kasuri trim. 

Kasuri patterns often have a blurred or hazy look created by the way the fabric is made. For more about kasuri see here.

The Fit

• 184 x 17.5 cm

• Hand wash, cool water & mild detergent. Dry flat.
• Alternatively, dry clean.
