Green Pampas Grasses Haori

An elegant olive green silk kimono jacket with off-white and a darker printed abstract  grasses pattern with the suggestion of snow flakes. 

Susuki or pampas grass is one of the seven 'flowers of autumn' or aki-no-nanakusa and is usually represented by gentle arcs reminiscent of grass fronds. The haori is lined with an off-white silk silk decorated with a small pale lilac karakusa print and fastened with hand-braided mauve & green two-tone silk himo ties.

These handpicked vintage pieces are imported directly from Japan. Sometimes they may exhibit slight signs of wear or very faint blemishes as part of their vintage & antique nature, but overall are in excellent condition and suitable for wearing.
