Teal Chrysanthemum Furoshiki

A teal vintage furoshiki with a lovely design depicting rangiku - chrysanthemums with long, extended petals that have a slight inward curvature at the bottom. The furoshiki is made by Japanese company Toray. In 1951 Toray were the first company to adopt the large scale manufacture of the first synthetic fibre, nylon. Suitable for use as a neck scarf.
